Do you really know your Shepherd? As I read so many post this morning ~ so many are going Through A Valley of some kind, sickness, UNANSWERED QUESTIONS, sadness, depression, losses of loved ones and friends....the list goes on and you may be the one I listed....I know I fit somewhere in this???? I have often heard people say that when something bad happens to them they believe God is punishing them??? What do you think about that???? I believe the truth is, good and bad things happen to good people!!! I remember when I was a brand new christian, I was going through a really tough time and someone told me that is was God that was probably punishing me??? Do you understand that JESUS is NOT out to destroy you or me....BUT to feed and lead us and protect us from the destroyer ~ what if I would of believed that God was punishing me to teach me something or thought that God was sitting in heaven punishing us for our wrongs???? It is imperative that you understand that God loves you so much that hes Son JESUS died for us to have a born again experience and then he gave us his Holy Spirit to help and teach us the truths in the Bible to know that God loves us and he is our help in our time of need!!!! The Lord is my strength and shield. I TRUST HIM WITH ALL MY HEART. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving. Psalm 28:7 We can say with CONFIDENCE, The Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me? Hebrews 13:6 When we were HELPLESS, CHRIST came at just the right time and died for us sinners. Romans 5:6 Our Father knows where the green pastures are. If you are willing to receive what HE has for you, He will bless you and nourish you, and carry you during the times we dont understand why things are happening to us...When we stumble and fall, Gods right beside us and HE IS NOT WAITING FOR US TO FAIL SO HE CAN PUNISH US! He wants to relate to you on a one-to-one basis! God has your best interest at heart for eternal reasons. JESUS love has no limitations, and only He can and will fulfill your needs like on other person can do! I pray and want to encourage you to BELIEVE that JESUS really cares for you, only JESUS can satisfy the needs of our hearts! Ive been married 49 years and love my husband dearly, but he cant satisfy the soul needs I have ~ only JESUS can do that! And thats the way He wants it!!!! For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11 This means you can go forward each day with confidence knowing that the Good Shepherd is leading you in the right path, let Him hold you close to His heart and calm the aches of your heart! God bless you with love and peace of JESUS Christ, the LOVER of your precious soul.❤️
