Do you really want your guns taken from you? Go ahead use them against the government and see what that gets you. There is no provision in the Constitution that encourages or advocates armed rebellion against our own government. Militias are intended to support the government, we call them local law enforcement these days. A band of armed men with intent of attacking government personnel or property are not a militia, they are a terrorist or crime organization. Dont be idiots keep your guns for hunting or personal protection but you dont get to use them just because you dont like a law.
