Do you recognize this guy? He is a bike thief as well as other bad things as I just spent 3 days watching hours of security footage to find out who this creep was. - took 3 days as camera footage fraked up originally showing event at 2am yet on rewind that was one hour after sunset? it made tracking him down nearly impossible. But this was personal; I salted the bldg this morning from roof to garage - I incensed the garage area - our smoke detectors would go off with incense - I know from experience;) He had keys to the bldg and on 1/7 at about 7pm he walked into my bldg and scooped up 2 pkgs recently delivered to tenants. Then walked up the stairs and out the back stairs to the back exit. This guy was also seen stealing bikes from our garage on Samhain 2014. Another long night of headaches as its not my job to view the footage and considering my visual difficulties which ther boss is aware of - I have no idea why the boss still insists i document this crap. They pay a security guy to do this but he refused saying the work viewing 4 montiors at once was too tedious. gotta be a bit PC here as its my job as Resident Manager of the bldg but with recent murder of 4 teenage boys a couple of blocks away its time for the tenants to act.
