Do you remember the song Dont Worry, Be Happy by Bobby McFerrin? If you do, youre probably whistling or humming it right now. Its a catchy tune, but can get caught in your head. Our apologies if that just happened. The song is unique because it tells us in this life well have some troubles, but if you worry youll make them double! Thats true! But, the command to worry isnt new. During the Sermon on the Mount Jesus spoke on the subject of worry because He knows worry robs us of joy and living in the moment. He even asked, Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? Matthew 6:27. In this last message in the Battles of the Mind, well tackle one of the biggest battles people face.
