Do you remember what ignited your passion for fishing and your first fish? I started very late and my first fish was a Flathead I caught at Rainbow Beach near Noosa while on a boys trip in 1992. For a long time after that I only went occasionally to Portsea near London Bridge catching whatever but mostly bugger all. The passion started when I became friends with a salesman at a tackle shop and he told me I should target a species. I became obsessed with catching a Gummy Shark, then Snapper and Bronzies and on it goes.
