Do you take a rest day? We were talking in my challenge group the other day about the importance of a rest day, and sometimes the associated guilty feeling that can come with them. Muscles are torn on the days that you workout, and they build and repair on your rest days, so if you workout every single day non-stop, youre going to over-stress your body, and chances are youll burn out mentally too. You NEED a rest day, guilt free- especially with an intense workout. Thats when all the magic happens....and then when you do jump back into your workouts, youre refreshed and will feel noticeably stronger! I took yesterday off 100% from doing any workout, and today starting week 4 of Insanity Max:30, I felt so super good and strong and had my best Max Out time yet, at 16:32....I kinda felt like Rocky lol! My next group for this freakin awesome program that I keep going on and on about starts soon, so if you want in on all this goodness, shoot me a message and Ill get you plugged in!
