Do you train because you HAVE to or WANT to? I was talking - TopicsExpress

Do you train because you HAVE to or WANT to? I was talking today with a client about the difference between training because you think you HAVE to and training because you WANT to and the amazing impact that had on her results. And it’s a great message to share. When you train because you want to – both your mind and body is more open to pushing that little bit harder or longer or more intensely. And it’s that extra effort which can really get the results. Athletes talk about the importance of the mind and body needing to be in sync for them to win – so the theory must apply to the rest of us too. Are you a HAVE to or WANT to trainer? I’d love to know. Me? I’m a WANT to type of guy :) PS. Speaking of wanting to . . . who wants to train hard at HIIT this Saturday? 6am and 7am. Bring a newbie for free . . .
