Lets cut back on ROAD RAGE :D There was a post on Ga$ Buddy today that was talking about how to adjust your side mirrors which inclined me to comment and here is my comment... You can NEVER eliminate ALL blind spots with JUST using mirrors.. but you can adjust them right.. I was taught in drivers education to see just the edge of your car! But research must have changed that! https://youtube/watch?v=QpRovzCeM4Q and in THIS Ga$ Buddy POST, they are stating that you should not see the SIDE (FLANK) of your car. That doesnt mean you cant position it to see maYbe just the handle or a slight edge.. I like to see a hair of it, just so I know someone didnt BUMP it (wherever it may have been parked last)! ALWAYS LOOK (turn your head) to check any blind spots before changing lanes or turning! BE SAFE drivers!! IF YOU WATCH traffic all around you ALL THE TIME you will KNOW where everyone is - except those NOT SO SMART PEOPLE who FLY (WAY over the speed limit). When I was taught to always know where any other traffic is around you, we were taught to SCAN!! Always scan.. CONTINUALY scan the ROAD, looking AHEAD, to the SIDES, checking side and rear MIRRORS and ANTICIPATE what may happen. NOT your PHONE! (CHECK YOUR PHONE when you GET TO YOUR DESTINATION!!!) AND THANK YOU if you were one of those drivers who CARES and allows people to SHARE THE ROAD! Lets all cut down the ROAD RAGE by being polite and following the RULES. SLOWER traffic STAY move to the RIGHT LANE. Dont BLOCK streets, driveways, etc. YIELD means YOU have to WAIT before merging into traffic. MERGE means we TAKE TURNS getting into the same lane. ALWAYS Turn into the LANE closest to you when turning onto a road with more than one lane!! That is SHARING the road ;) If you are at a TRAFFIC LIGHT and it turns GREEN.. GO!!! lol
