Do you want to feel good about humanity? Watch the video at the end of this article. I know someone who drove to San Francisco to jump off the Golden Gate Bridge. She told me one of these unsung heroes kept her from jumping. She was in the Psych Ward for 24 hours and released. She told me there are call boxes and signs every few hundred feet all the way across the bridge which ask one to seek help before taking this action. The powers-that-be have voted for a suicide barrier on the Golden Gate Bridge. The suicide rates go up every year on this beautiful symbol of California. Life can be very hard! But suicide devastates so many people besides the one who dies. Blessings for those who talk and comfort those souls standing on the edge of death.
