Do you want to reach out in missions, but cannot go on a missions trip? Missions outreach is as close as Arlington! Our own LCC member, Alan Davis, is a professor of electrical engineering at UTA and helps with the annual Big Howdy event on January 30, which provides a dinner to international students attending UTA. Reaching out to international students is a known effective ministry, to impact their lives with the Good News while they are studying in the U.S. If you would like to help provide a dish to serve the students, and also stay to visit with them, please see utabighowdy.isisites.net/ for further information on what kinds of foods are needed, and details as to time and location on campus.
