Do you want toned arms?Then you must train Shoulders & Back!! When you work your back you tone your arms--- When you work your shoulders you work your triceps--- For shoulders grab some dumbells- I start out light and increase with each set! Start with arms slightly bent in front alternating lifting no higher than shoulders. Then move to hips, slightly bend arms & raise keeping elbows up-- Elbows lower than shoulder, wrist lower than elbow is a general guideline--12-15 reps 3-4 sets Switch to Back- Find some cables- Sit tall, keep shoulders back & down (never raise shoulders) When pulling down, pause at bottom of movement & keep shoulders down contracting Lats. 12-15 reps 3-4 sets ✳️Get Fit, have Fun & be Fabulous✳️
