Do your kids like to workout with you?? With mine, it is hit or miss. Some days I cant get them to leave me alone and others I think they hide under their beds when they see me lace up my shoes! Tonight I had my Maxon join me for the second half of Total Body Cardio of the 21 Day Fix! He did so good!!! When he got tired he took a breath and jumped back in! The ab portion of this video was recorded by Murphy... he got a good angle! :) I usually hate night workouts, but all the kids want to do a group workout tomorrow!
