Do your plans for 2015 include stepping up to the challenge of a half or full Ironman? Are you planning to increase your run distance to a half or full marathon? Did you fall short on your 2014 triathlon or run goals? Were you injured during any of your training? If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, we suggest you attend the Redefine Your Run Workshop Series. Success in any endurance event depends on the balance between 4 key areas of one’s body: Alignment, Biomechanics, Strength, and Flexibility. Achieve balance and you will reduce the probability of injury and become a more efficient runner taking your triathlon and running successes to new levels! The next workshop series begins this Sunday, October 5th at 8:00am at Endurance House Middleton. The workshop is a 3 part series...each workshop building on the content from the previous.
