Doctor appointment went pretty well. I have gained 35 pounds since having no trainer and falling off the healthy eating wagon. My blood pressure is good but I was given the choice of losing weight or having another sleep study and going back on the CPAP. I choose to lose weight. So time to figure out what Im going to do. Mammogram on the 14th and an upper endoscopy on the 7th so Derek N Shirley Esau (Shirley) I will see you then. Follow up with my doctor on the 22nd. Its so good to have health insurance again.
