Doctor is in at the Winnipeg Fringe In an effort to encourage people to step outside the safe zone, Alan Fehr has written a show that portrays the excitement and value of living a little more dangerously. The Steinbach-area man is passionate about teaching children the value of making mistakes and learning important lessons along the way. Fehr and his team performed at the Mennonite Heritage Village on Canada Day and are set to take the stage at the Winnipeg Fringe Festival in the Kid’s Venue at 211 Bannatyne Avenue. Dr. Sprocket & the Noise Box has a little bit of a Jetsons feel and the outer space/technology life from one of Fehr’s favourite childhood cartoons. The three characters in Fehr’s script are entertaining and educating; sharing ideas to unlock the power of the imagination.
