They are: Dmc, Mmc, Cmc, Somc Getting registered depends on 1. The place where you obtained your primary medical qualification; 2. Your nationality; and your professional background and 3.experience. Currently there are 4 types registration Provisional Registration (sections 12 and 13 ) Full Registration (without conditions) ( section14(1) ) Full Registration (with conditions) ( Section14(3) ) Temporary Registration As a Bangladeshi physician u ll be regarded in category 3 or full registration with conditions You have to meet following criteria : Holding a basic medical degree from a recognised institution (as per the SecondSchedule of the Medical Act 1971); Fully registered with a foreign Medical Council; For a non-Malaysian applicant, he should have not less than TWO years of clinicalexperience (not including the rotatinginternship). A waiver for experience may be considered for applicants related or married to Malaysians; Passing from above 4 medical colleges and 2 years experience (without internship) u are eligible for registration in Malaysia. if you are not from above 4 medical college, u can also apply if u have a post graduation degree which have at least 3 years training .They prefer MRCP most.
