Dodge this bullet, go local. Stay local. Since we dont have the mega bucks of a huge corporation (nor the legal team...which should be in deep trouble) we HAVE to be on the up and up, forthright, honest, and on top of what we are doing. Any horror stories from a giant chain when it comes to customer service? What have been some great experiences from a giant chain? This does not have to be limited to *just* taking care of your technology. It can be anything! What makes the interaction VALUABLE to you?
