Does Walmart have a policy on carrying guns in their stores? I encountered a woman with her child, who is not a law enforcement official, with a 9mm glock on her hip in the Greenville, NC Supercenter on Greenville Blvd. on March 20th and I havent gotten over it. I asked her why she was carrying and she said for protection. I asked her for protection from what and she said from anything. She said there was a shooting in the Walmart parking lot the previous week which, of course, had nothing to do with her. Seeing ordinary citizens carrying guns in Walmart is very disturbing.
