Does a judge always have to receive an accusation/prosecution to - TopicsExpress

Does a judge always have to receive an accusation/prosecution to deal with an unlawful contract? What if he find out in any way, does he ignore it, because he is off duty? What is a judges duty when he is made aware of an unlawful contracts existence? Hugely important question to me. This could be the yoke breaker revolution in theory. Actually, I am sure it is, but giving us time to work it through. Bob, you should see the importance of that question? Does it have to matter what the parties think of their contract when a judge find out they have a false one? Does it matter in court how the victim feels about it?
