Does anybody care about the sharp increase in the standard of living in Ondo state? How can a haircut in a mushroom barbing saloon go for 300naira while in other towns it is 200naira, a sachet of pure water 10naira outside the state is 5naira, transport fare from Akure-Abuja is 3,050naira whereas it cost 1700naira from Abuja-Akure, prices of foodstuffs and accommodation rates(terrible houses as there are very few good ones) are something else compared to bigger cities. A small loaf of bread baked in Kano and sold in other towns outside the state goes for 50naira in Akure that same size of bread goes for 60naira. Please what is happening? Can somebody give me an answer?
