Does anybody have experience with Wordpress? Most of the services I run have useful logs that I can feed into facilities like fail2ban to cut down the efficacy of brute force attacks. Ive looked at a couple plugins but they all seem to want to stay in their ecosystem and write stuff to the DB which doesnt help when the protecting program starts with tail -f and when you host numerous WPs for folks that dont know how to maintain them. And as Im typing this I think Im realizing that my best, and most annoying, solution is to write it myself. Crap.
