Does anyone else constantly dream when they are sleeping...sure i have a sleeping disorder...i am soo shattered during the day...i have to keep busy to stay awake an at night i feel wide awake after being exhausted all day..i go to bed at half 10ish every night... but when i finally get to sleep i am constantly dreaming...none of the dreams make much sence.. an i barely remember them i just wake up an then fall back asleep an then dream some more an it goes on all night dreaming an waking up....according to anthony i also talk to him...apparently in different languages..an i only know english...:-/ he says its not normal an i shud go to a doctor but dont fancy taking the sleeping pills they will probably perscribe me... anyone have same problems? Or know a sleep therapist...driving me bonkers!
