Does anyone else ever feel this way? On the handful of threads Ive commented on in this group, my words are often twisted or misunderstood. Ive found myself defending or explaining my point more than debating the actual topic at hand. Its daunting and discouraging to me, because I believe Im a fairly articulate and well spoken individual who enjoys writing. I have a firm grasp of the English language and my grammar is fairly up to snuff. I take the time to fix typos or auto-corrects as best I can so my message is clearly stated. I have been the designated writer and proof-reader at every professional position Ive held and Im responsible for crafting formal business letters that clearly explain the vision or message. WHY is it that ONLY in this group, that Im not properly heard? I cant imagine Im alone in feeling this way....?
