Does anyone else ever think of what theyll do when Marshall Law is officially put into effect, or the Apocalypse takes place, or zombies take over? I mean dont be scared but at least be prepared. Since middle school I was taught how to survive in the wilderness. What the best resources of the earth were and the different uses each of them can provide. I was taught how to escape various choke-holds. My brothers would demonstrate the move i needed to execute to get out of each particular hold using either 1 arm or two just in case i was in a situation where i only had use of 1 arm. Theyd let me practice a few times, and then I had to put it into action. I was taught how to survive on little to no air holding my breath.. I learned how to efficiently retain my oxygen and how to release it just the same to ensure that the air in my lungs lasted longer. I never got away with just being a girl and Im thankful for that :)
