Does anyone have any non medicated alternatives to insomnia/hypersomnia? I struggle getting to sleep, and Ive been prescribed different medications, but the flip side is Im someone who naturally needs a lot of sleep. When I take medication (seroquel or melotonin) I find it really hard to wake up the next day and end up feeling groggy and gross. Its so bad its gotten to the point Ive boycotted my meds (not a good move) just because Ive got my UNI exams next week and I cant afford to be a zombie the following day! I legit cant concentrate or focus, which leads to me becoming anxious, and then I get more anxious and a vicious cycle unfolds! Would love all your thoughts, suggestions and opinions ❤️ Much love x
