Does anyone know a decent local carpenter, experienced with adobe houses who I can hire to remove the door frame to my bathroom to switch washing machines? The doorway is about an inch and a half too narrow. I was thinking to try it myself, but Im afraid my roof will end up being my new floor. The old machine is on its last legs, barely cleaning the clothes at all, and I think there is a pile of mud somewhere inside the motor because it smells like a swamp and its stinking up the whole house.
