Does anyone know a mechanical engineer and an architect that can help with some basic drawings for the new pet shelter so we can submit to the City of Tempe for building permits? I have a floor plan, just need plans drawn for the electric and plumbing that we are having done to submit to the city (we are doing very basic). The mechanical engineer will be a bit more involved in that we need to design a good ventilation system.
