Does anyone know if there has ever been a taste test done for Alberta lamb? I would like to know how Katahdin compares with Dorset, Dorper, Icelandic, Southdown, etc. I propose those interested in this also, sign up for an event we create. Each would bring a prime lamb butchered in a government inspected facility so it can be shared legally. We would have to hire a chef to cook the lamb exactly the same. This would best be done outside in the summer I think. What do you say?
