Does anyone know the name of a man that walks around Twain Harte wearing a camel colored jacket and a black man purse? Hes an older man, maybe early to mid 50s. Hangs around 7-11, the park, and sometimes asks people coming out of the market to carry their groceries in exchange for some money. Im not sure if hes homeless, he doesnt look like it, but he may be. Anyways, if anyone has any idea of his identity, we would really appreciate it! We know that his name is not Tim or Ted. But he does hang around with these two. Thank you!
