Does anyone know what this meat might be, I got the email below from a member of the ZimboKitchen community based abroad. Please help, any guess could give useful leads. Been asking around to get the answer with no success. When I was in Harare, Zimbabwe in the 80s I would buy a take away of sadza and some sort of meat. The meat was short tubes. I think they were either chicken or pork intestines. I remember that they were quite fatty. They were very popular. What were they called?
