Does anyone remember when Prince changed his name to being a symbol? After reading several letters from a few legislators supporting SB 93, the issue appears to be creating eminent domain legislation for the industry to be a public utility based on a comma. Apparently, the private interests that pillage, pollute, and poison our people for profit are sort of following Princes lead, and would prefer to be known as the comma symbol in legislation that clearly identifies electrical and water companies as being public utilities with powers of eminent domain upon review. The CO Supreme court said, Uh......no in 2012. But, the frackaholics have held fast on their arguments that the comma in the legislation did mean oil/gas and toxic sludge pipeline companies - private interest commodities - as public utilities AKA the comma symbol. Seriously, a comma. Contact your Representatives - right and left - as well as Speaker Mark Ferrandino. Kill SB 93. In this case, a comma really can save our lives. But please, someone get the number of the pot shop industry hacks are buying their dope from to come up with this shit! Sounds like some potent weed. ;)
