Does anyone use hashtags on FB besides a trendy/sorta dumb/maybe ironic way to say nothing? I have been seeing them for so long, but I just a few days ago decided to click on a few. Most of them are obviously just trying to be funny/lamely ironic, but does anyone use them with any purpose? Or is the noise of Lets make a clever hashtag completely making them useless for any real utility. Enlighten me people, am I just old? Im not trying to make any sort of serious statement here , just honestly for the most part they seem to have been rendered totally dumb by overuse... Am missing something in my old age (enter annoying hashtag here- which I wont)
