Does anyone want to strike up a conversation? There are some controversial methods that have shown promise in the area of medical research in general, but for our case, restoring vision. The 2 methods are stem cells and and marijuana. Scientists believe that stem cell therapy can be a viable option for treating RP. While marijuana wont cure RP, studies have concluded that the cannabinoids slow the progression of vision loss for RP cases. I think Brians sight is too far gone for medical marijuana to benefit him, but what do you think in general? Would you opt for these treatments if they were available and legal - because pot still isnt legal in SC - for yourself or your loved ones if the benefits of the treatment were greater than whatever moral issue you may have with the 2?
