Does he not knowing at all about the Military Act , 72 in which the Armed Forces Council should take full responsible to their army personnel through its jurisdiction of the Act and penalizing army personnel ,either disobeying orders or should they been caught while deployed for duty in neighbouring country. I think the said WO II has the right to asked for military court trial..in the home country before others ransack him.
