Does healthy eating cost more? What factors / health care costs - TopicsExpress

Does healthy eating cost more? What factors / health care costs get accounted for in that figure? While I agree that flat out buying whole foods costs more than processed food, I have to wonder if the savings now is worth the extra cost in health care later? Eating healthy not only can keep your weight in check, but strengthen your immune system, prevent certain diseases- like heart disease, certain cancers and diabetes. So, what will eating processed foods cost us in the long run, when we are relying on medicine to keep our bodies functioning and performing properly? Medicine is definitely not getting any cheaper and we are not getting any younger :) If you are interested in learning how to prepare and cook whole foods, I have a 10 day nutrition challenge coming up and you will be provided with 10 days of shakeology, a meal plan for 10 days and my support to help you throughout this challenge.. Cost is $50, plus $6 shipping. Contact me if you are interested in finding out more about this group.
