Ten fruits and vegetables you might be storing wrong - ow.ly/Djk8G The only thing I will say is that I wouldnt wrap celery or any food actually in aluminum foil and im not into wrapping bananas in cling wrap to limit the gas... just freeze them if your not getting through what you bought.. they are great in smoothies or for whipping into a banana icecream when they are frozen. You do have to consider what age the fruit and vege is when you buy it. Eat seasonally and locally to ensure that your not buying foods that have been stored and preserved with gas and chemicals. S.
