Does the R.I. Democratic Party think Rhode Islanders are stupid? They must, because they argue two identical ads - one paid for by Gina Raimondo and the other supporting Jack Reed - are totally different ads, justifying their breaking of several campaign finance laws and exceeding the contribution cap by almost four times (its $25,000; the ad cost $90,000). They said one ad supports Gina, and the other supports Jack Reed. Well, heres both, side-by-side. It is long past time for a new direction, and a change in leadership. Dont vote the people who over decades have run our state into the ground back in office - again - in November. Its time for Rhode Island to get out of the stranglehold of this dominant political machine that serves its own insiders ahead of working people.
