If not what did he aimed at driving home? Secondly because if they really care about people of Mogalakwena why arent they coming up with a political and legally sound solution since the problem faced here is political? Why are they shifting poles instead of stepping in as leaders decides to afford mafia taxi-owners to solve the problem their bloody industrial way which in the end-product would be funerals like it happened in the case of THE ONLY PREMIER OF LIMPOPO AFTER MATHALE ADV MADIMETJA PIET PALE?
