Does throwing a bucket of ice water raise money for ALS? Technically, no. I get it. But it does raise awareness, and its raising a Lot of awareness. Its getting people talking about a disease that rarely reaches a mention. It puts more pressure on the companies that have more means to start research studies, clinical trials. And its also raising awareness so to help US be more aware of those suffering and battling this. So stop with the negative agendas. The damned if you do, damned if you dont is shameful. Stop attacking people because they arent doing things the way You think they should. And start appreciating what is Good, focus on that, on the Good. More can be done with a positive, encouraging and uplifting attitude than a Critique
