Doesnt it seem that just as we begin to feel comfortable in life something happens in order to shake us down to our core? Raw, exposed, vulnerable. Change, transition,uncertainty. A familiar feeling of being out of control. This is the adjustment period, requiring trust and eventual surrender. I have found when I place my attention and focus on trusting that a particular circumstance simply is what it is; that a specific event, though painful, is essentially healing in some way; that I am meant to learn and grow from every situation, I feel freed from the heaviness of the mind and the physical body. This is a yoga.
