Dog medical advise. 10 month old bull dog has a very distended lower chest/upper abdominal area. This came after eating an abnormally large meal yesterday ( about 3x as much food as normal due to daughter not following directions). Now he is not playful and just moping around. We originally thought twisted gut, but he isnt in any pain. Rubbed his belly with a little force to see if he winses. He lays on his stomach without pain as well. Whats the odds of just over eating and being lazy like we are on thanksgiving. I figured by now (24hrs later) if it was just too much food he would have went to the bathroom and been better
