Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole. ~Roger Caras Unbelieveable moment with Mackie this morning! I brought he and Tavish up here to the office to be with me. Tavish likes to be atop of the couch looking out upon the street at all the action, while Mackie loves to curl up in his little bed at my feet and sleep while I type away here on the computer. Well, sometime while I was focused on my computer postings, Mackie, who has trouble walking and seeing these days and I usually carry him around and outside, toddled off unbeknownest to me, and got himself down the stairs by himself, found his pee pad and peed, and then did his business! Whot! These days he has been appearing so very confused and not with the program, but for him to navigate himself all the way down those stairs and choose to use his pee pad is totally amazing to me! He hasnt wanted to eat much today, just drinking water. Today is bath day, so we will begin in a little while. Maybe he will feel more like eating. Keep Mackie in your prayers as he is having more difficulties these days and Winter is coming ... Thank You!
