Doing the 6 week challenge? Even if you arent, I would strongly suggest that you take the following on board: Take measurements... and also a pic of where you are at right now. Perhaps you are new to metafit, I get to see all the changes in your bodies over time, but it can sometimes be hard for you to see it as you are so close to it. Measurements are key! I have listed below the key spots for where you should measure...grab a tape and do it at home this week and keep a record, share it with me if you can... I will add it to your challenge sheet.Body composition scales give you body fat, muscle mass and weight etc, but they dont give you everything and the measurements will really help. The best spots to measure: Chest: Measure just under your bust Bust: Measure around the chest right at the nipple line, but dont pull the tape too tight. Waist: Measure a half-inch above your belly button or at the smallest part of your waist Hips: Place tape measure around the biggest part of your hips Thighs: Measure around the biggest part of each thigh Calves: Measure around the largest part of each calf Upper arm: Measure around the largest part of each arm above the elbow Forearm: Measure around the largest part of the arm below the elbow. The 2nd thing is progress pics. I urge you to do this! Take a pic now, and again if you feel up for it, send it to me. I wont go anywhere, but it does give that extra bit of accountability. Should you choose to share it when you get awesome results then its up to you! I have seen the most remarkable body changes in people since starting metafit. It makes me so happy! Remember though, results dont happen without hard work and focus. Be consistent, and nail your nutrition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That part is VITAL. If you ever have any questions around that, please let me know! 6 week challengers you will have recieved my emails yesteday with food tips and sample plans and so on.
