Doing weightlifting will make my body stiffed?? To whom it may concern, i would like to stress out that i have no problem at all with my movements n flexibility while teaching zumba eventhough im doing weightlifting. Most important is to do adequate stretching. Proven, i just hit my heaviest squat at 55kg last week (my current weight is 57. Turun lg in 2 weeks, alhamdulillah) n i still do zumba last saturday. Nk lg best, get some testimonials from my crowds. Yg penting, hati jgn dengki, buat workout ke, kerja ke, kena ikhlas. X yah nk cantas org lain. Hishh.... Yes, my lifting progress is slow, but im still on a right track. Hmmm... Nasib baikla i demam urat lg arini... #getyourfactsright #cakapdenganilmu
