Dollar General I along with many in my small community have posted here about the store in San Angelo Texas / Grape Creek ..store #12287 nothing has changed ... it does no good to email anybody in the upper offices and the number you call on the receipt is nothing but a short survey and doesnt even give you a chance to leave a voice mail so once again I will complain here ... WHY WHY WHY is everything out of stock and dont tell me vendors ..I am talking about your brand items ... this has been going on for months and i just got home from being in their tonight and oh i wish i had taken my camera and i will next time so i can send you the pics of the inside of the store .. there was at least 25 of those big rolling trolley carts you could not get down the soda aisle , the paper good aisle , the cleaning supply aisle and about 7 more aisles , when i asked the 2 people working up front were they EVER going to get the Clover Valley brand diet sodas back in (been out for 2 weeks now ) i was told they are probably in the back (stock room ) but theres 2 weeks worth of freight back there and we cant get in it ... REALLY you have got to be kidding me and even when i have spoken with the and i use this term loosely store manager why the shelves are empty and why is the store so crowded with the trolley carts etc her standard answer is I am short handed .. well i can tell you why she is short handed as i said this is a small rural community and she has ran off all the long time employees since her arrival about 4 months ago people who had worked there for 2 + years quit due to her attitude and her having no leadership skills ...... she is a smart mouth and couldnt find her hiney with both hands ... she wont give a straight answer when you ask a question she just pretty much throws who ever is not working at that time under the bus blaming them for her poor management skills ... the cluttered store is a law suit waiting to happen as tonight when i moved a trolley cart to get toilet paper i ran over another shoppers toes ..... the fire exits are blocked by trolley carts and i may just call the fire dept about that as it seems Dollar General Corp wont do anything to get this store back the way it was prior to her arrival ... there are more empty shelves in that store and have been for months now yet those dang trolleys are blocking every aisle and they are loaded its like going to a rummage sale .... there are many elderly folks who shop in there ohhhh what a hazard for them and God forbid your in a wheelchair you cant even get through in the front door for all the clutter ...and if you want a shopping basket (not that you can get it down an aisle) .. well ya better hunt one in the parking lot and take it in with you .. I have had it with This situation I guess Dollar General Corp doesnt need my money spent there and I have as yet to go in there and not hear others asking the same questions i do and hearing the same complaints i have ...
