Dolly update. She is about the same-not getting better and quality of life questionable since she can no longer run, jump and be a dog. She has better days when she is on Prednisone. I know prolonged use of Prednisone is not a good thing. She has little control over her back legs. She is not in pain unless you touch her back (her vertebrae are the problem). She continues to eat and drink and so far has been able to go potty although that becomes harder since she cant squat. We understand that she will not get better and are preparing ourselves for the inevitable. We are selfish because she is so important to all three of us that it is unthinkable. Thanks for asking.
