Dome Cafe Malaysia while I applaud the service in your Bangsar Shopping Centre outlet where service is prompt and attentive, I cannot say the same about your KLCC outlet. There were only 1-2 servers managing the entire al fresco area at lunch hour today, having to attend to at least 30 tables between them, from taking orders to answering requests for bills to delivering change (15 minutes to deliver change is unacceptable by any standards). Calls for service were ignored, to the point an elderly couple left in frustration after their waves to have their orders taken went unanswered. Ive experienced this several times but refrained from voicing it out, as I was hoping to see an improvement, but there hasnt been any since. Please look into this matter. Thank you.
