Dominic Ongwen, 34, was transferred to the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague on Saturday, according to Ghislain Grezengue, the chief prosecutor in CA But in my view this commander was arrested at tender age of 10 years and forced to kill people. It was not his will to be in the Bush war or be a member of the LRA. The government was to protect this young Ugandan before he was arrested. The government failed to protect him and he was arrested. Do u think its really necessary to take him to the ICC or He should instead take the Ugandan government to court for failing to protect him from rebels? What do you say?
