Donald Tang Donald Tang is an American investment banker and businessman. He is President and CEO of Daley & Tang Partners LLC., and Vice Chairman of QRI. Prior to his current positions, Donald served as Vice Chairman, Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., and Chairman of Bear Stearns Asia. Early life He was born in Shanghai to college professors. In 1982 he arrived in California after following his girlfriend Jean, now his wife.
