Donate your Qurbani to Syrians Assalamu 3alikm, As you all know that Instability and war in Syria following the uprising have destroyed livelihoods across the country. More than 4 million Syrians are unable to produce or buy enough food to feed themselves and their families. Being a Muslim it is our primary duty to remember Prophet Abrahim’s tradition of sacrifice and to share what we have with those who are less fortunate. Apropos to that Sunday School administration has made arrangements to collect and disburse the Qurbani donations from our community and disburse it to less fortunate Syrian brothers and sisters. In a country where many of the hungry and malnourished are children, this Qurbani appeal is even more relevant. It costs just $200 for each Qurbani donation to Syria. Every one therefore, is requested to donate $200.00 in this regard to Sr. Amal. May Allah Reward us All.
